SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
Orders shipping domestically within the 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, and Alaska are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Rush shipping for 2-Day shipping is available as an option within your order’s checkout using USPS Express and UPS.
We ship using carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL to delivery our products around the world. As shipping times and delivery dates may vary due to COVID-19 protocols, please be mindful that there could be delivery delays when receiving your order internationally. LANDA GHERRÁ is not responsible for delays in shipping, however, if there are any issues with the delivery of your package, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Most online orders are processed within 2-3 business days after your payment has been processed. Once your order has shipped from our facility, you will be sent a tracking number via email.
USPS Priority Mail typically delivers throughout the contiguous 48 states within 2-4 days, and 3-7 days to Hawaii and Alaska.
International economy air shipping will typically reach its destination within 5-7 days. Again, due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, these delivery times can change and affect the delivery expectation of your package. LANDA GHERRÁ is not responsible for the delays in your package being received once it has shipped from our facility.
Please allow 2-3 business days after placing your order for processing, pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization. Orders for in-stock merchandise typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 6:00pm CST on Friday, and on Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed or shipped until the following week beginning on Monday.
Unfortunately, once a package has left our facility, it is in the care of the carrier. After you have received a tracking number, you may correspond directly with the shipping company by contacting the carrier directly by phone or email, and provide your tracking number.
We definitely want you to have a pleasant experience with your new merchandise, and we will attempt to assist you the best way we can in helping you retrieve your package(s). LANDA GHERRÁ is not responsible for any damage to the package once received. However, there are exceptions to each case, and we will provide the best support possible to insure your experience is a great experience.
